Once you have selected the generator you will have two symbols immediately to the right of the unit. An internet/wi-fi symbol and a gauge symbol. These are the cellular connection and transfer switch sensors.
The Cellular Connection has three colors based on the notifications.
Green/Blue – The device is communicating properly with the server.
Red – The device has not communicated with the server for more than 8 hours. Do not worry, the system will ping the device to “wake” the signaling system within 6 hours to reestablish connection. If connection is not made we will be notified and will respond within 48 hours.
There are several sensors that are signaling the server. We can currently see what position the Transfer Switch is in and where your house is getting power from, if any.
The Building Power should always be on as long as you have either Utility or Generator Power. If during a Utility Power outage the Utility will turn off and Engine on and Power on will activate. During the weekly exercises we test both the generator power and engine on signals. We are working on adding additional sensors such as LP Tank level sensors. This way you will always know how much Gas is available and will be automatically notified when it’s time for a refill.
Under the ‘Generators’ tab you will find the basic information of the unit. If you are a dealer or have multiple generators you can search by entire group under ‘Groups’ tab. If you only have one generator then you can search under ‘Units’ tab individually.

Reports and Charts
Currently we have two available reports for clients.
The first report is a ‘Genset Graph’.
This is a graph report and time stamp of the generator turning on and off. This will automatically keep log of when the exercise is and send weekly notifications once completed.
The top messages are the notifications we receive to verify the connectivity.
The Chart is the important part with time stamps. Sometimes this is hard to read and can be zoomed in by clicking and dragging over notification.
The Chart below shows generator Engine on and Power on at 10:35am and both shut off at 10:40
